Please join us on Wednesday March 27th at 2PM for the next Coordinated Entry Planning Meeting. We will meet at the Georgia Department of Labor. Linked below is the call in information, should you be unable to make it in person. Hopefully, we won’t have any technical difficulties this time.
At the March meeting, the group went through the planning guide and identified a responsible party for each question. I have attached a copy of the planning guide. On the attachment, each question is highlighted in a color that corresponds with the committee/group responsible for answering that question. A key of subcommittees and colors is listed at the top of the first page. The questions marked in blue will be discussed as a group in the CE Planning Meeting or in the Task Force meeting. If all of the committees work on their designated portion on the plan, the process will move fairly quickly. In previous emails, I have sent rosters for all the subcommittees along with information about the subcommittees purpose and goals. If you need that information again, please let me know and I’ll be happy to send it.
As a reminder, your participation is invaluable! We need your voice and perspective for this to be great. This system will change how people get access to funded homeless resources in Lowndes County- you should want a say in that. If you are a HUD funded agency, your agency’s active participation is REQUIRED and it factors into the scoring for BOTH the ESG and CoC Funding competitions.
